Holiday Inn Express & Suites Columbia East - Elkridge

Great place, great rooms, breakfast. Gym had 2 machines, treadmill broken and a whole bunch of dumbbells. Pool closed for maintenance, rusty medical chair next to it. Would come back tho, cozy clean rooms, people nice.

It was nice and clean. The breakfast was good. The staff was really friendly and accommodating. The pool was very cold and kind of green. We opted out of swimming. The fitness center is there, but it's not much of anything. There is one treadmill, one elliptical and a rack of dumbbells. The treadmill was broken. It's in a small room that is maybe large enough for two people to work out. It was very clean, however and the elliptical that I used was a very nice Precor brand elliptical. Overall, it was a decent two night stay and I'm a good location to drive into Baltimore for events without having to stay downtown.

We had a great stay at this location. The manager and front desk staff greeted us upon arrival, were friendly thoughout our stay, and the breakfast offerings were great. We were especially pleased with Alexander, who went above and beyond to assist us in getting a credit when we had to cut our stay short. I would definately recommend staying here when in the Baltimore area.

Well if you are sensitive to cigarette smoke do not stay in any of the rooms in the front of the hotel around the entrance. We have to accommodate these stank cigarette smokers and it all occurs right out front around the entrance therefore the hvac units sick it in and make the rooms musty and smelling of stale smoke. I also had the pleasure of going to load my vehicle this morning and over night someone tried to steal all 4 of my wheels. They removed the plug nut and 3 of the 4 wheels and thank god that they didn't toss them on me when they had to stop stealing the rims for some reason. I did bring all this to the front desk but was met with 0 care in the world. Its amazing how we treat guests, customers, paying individuals in these last several years. Its just a shame!

The rooms were nice and clean, but the service left something to be desired. Multiple times when we ent to the front desk to check in or have them hold our bags, they acted inconvenienced. The location was hard for our Uber drivers to find because it has a convoluted entrance through other parking lots. Finally the wifi was useless. I could not stream anything and opted to not even use it because it was so slow.

Location is great and the staff were friendly. Clean rooms and Breakfast is decent for the price. Thank you for the nice, convenient and comfortable stay.

I had a short but excellent stay at the Holiday Inn Express, and I have to say I was beyond impressed. It’s been a while since I last checked into a Holiday Inn, and I was looking for something comfortable but still reasonably priced. This location definitely delivered. The room was spotless, with a great king-size bed, super clean sheets, and a comfortable atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The TV was large, perfect if you’re streaming your own shows, and the A/C worked perfectly, keeping the room at a great temperature all night. The shower had great water pressure and stayed hot, which is always a plus after a long day. Also appreciated the in-room microwave and fridge setup made it super convenient for a quick bite or storing leftovers. Overall, this Holiday Inn felt just as modern and welcoming as places like the Hampton Inn or Marriott Courtyard. Definitely exceeded my expectations for a short, overnight stay. I’ll be back.
